Neil founded CSUK with the aim of providing trusted, expert building and surface maintenance services in the South West. With his background in civil engineering and groundworks, Neil has led the continued growth of the company, with an ethos focused on providing the best in customer service and workmanship.
Driven by strong values and unrivalled customer service, Steven contributes greatly to the growth and success of CSUK throughout the UK. Having originally qualified as an engineer in 2005, Steven built up a varied skill-set and strong customer relationships. This led him into the Facilities Management industry where he's carved himself a very successful career
Plymouth University graduate Ryan has significant experience working and delivering services for high value commercial projects, including the Greenwich Energy Centre and Plymouth Energy Waste Centre. As one of CSUK's Contracts Manager, Ryan oversees and advises operatives on large scale projects, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, promptly and to the high standards associated with the company.
As well as his Civil Engineering Degree, Ryan has further qualifications including, the Site Management Safety Training Scheme, Temporary Works Supervisor, Cat Scan Training, First Aid at Work Training and Site Levelling and Setting Out.
Joining from a senior management position at a national retailer, Chris uses his experience in the industry to manage and oversee operatives across CSUK's high profile retail projects; this includes working with some of the UK's largest retailers.
Managing large teams daily, Chris' attention to detail is vital for the continued performance of the CSUK team. He has strong relationships with all our clients, offering advice and support when needed.
Facilities Contracts Manager
Simon began his career in facilities management in 2012, looking after reactive and planned plumbing and drainage services. Since then, he has gained valuable knowledge of building services and expanded his experience of working as part of a team, monitoring quality of works and invoicing procedures.
On a day-to-day basis, Simon regularly communicates and monitors the services that CSUK provides to clients, whilst assisting with the growth and reputation of the company. As a valued member of the team, he hopes to ensure that CSUK continue to be the best at what they do.
Construction Management Consultant / Practitioner
Barry began his career in the 1970's working in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning field, before moving onto fitting out and refurbishing commercial properties. More recently, he has provided property maintenance, general construction services and the manufacturing of bespoke joinery products.
At CSUK, Barry is responsible for bringing in new project management strategies and initiatives to keep us ahead of industry trends. Barry's breadth of experience and construction knowledge makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
Quality Assurance Manager
Nick's career in facilities management began in 2007, and as a qualified Civil Engineer, he has extensive experience in transport infrastructure and drainage. To further his career, Nick recently made the transition to our management team from our engineering division, where he will continue to contribute to CSUK's success.
With over 20 years of experience in the facilities management industry, Lee has worked for a variety of major flooring brands. This includes working on a selection of high profile nationwide domestic and commercial projects. Lee recently made the transition to Flooring Manager, where he is now responsible for the day to day operation of the flooring division, as well as managing CSUK's flooring team.
He hopes that his passion for delivering results, will ensure that CSUK continues to expand, delivering industry-leading facilities management services across the industry.
