We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team; Operations Director, Steven Green. Read on to find out more about Steven, including why he chose to work at CSUK and what his visions are for the future of the company.

How did you get into the facilities management industry and how long have you worked in the sector?

After completing an electricians craft apprenticeship in 2005, I continued my training and gradually became skilled across several key trades. The strong customer relationships I built in my engineering career made my journey in to Facilities Management an obvious and relatively easy one.

What attracted you to work at CSUK?

CSUK is known for providing the best in customer support and service, and this is what attracted me to the role. I feel like I am a perfect addition to the company and cannot wait to contribute to its continued growth and success.

What does your job entail?

I'm responsible for all aspects of the business, covering everything from financial management to developing and retaining our customer base. I ensure that every team member is supported where necessary, and that they are proud of every job they complete. My role as Operations Director ensures that every day is fast paced, and no two days look the same!

What is your vision for the future of CSUK?

CSUK's reputation in the South West is associated with fantastic customer service, as well as incredible long-standing partnerships. With values that align with my own, I am excited to be working with the team and look forward to a very successful future at CSUK!

What are your personal hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy property development, supporting charities and running marathons. I have a great interest in motorsport and enjoy the odd game of golf!
